WHO I AM
Shawn Norris is native to the area, born and raised. Shawn has 18 years in the real estate industry as a sales associate, but a lifetime of experience as he come's from a family that's been asscociated in all areas of the the local real estate industry for decades. Shawn's back ground is architecture, drafting, and design from Florida State University. The building and construction industry has always peaked his interests, so Shawn's knowledge of it led him to step away from sales and get back into what he enjoys the most. Shawn left real estate sales and created Norris Property Inspections LLC. Established and in business now for over 10 years, with over 3,000 inspections completed. Shawn is known as the local, experienced, and trusted home inspector along Florida's emerald coast.
